The study is carried out in clinical material by the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection in the "real time" mode.
The reagent kit can be used for the primary diagnosis of patients with acute myeloid leukemia in order to identify informative markers of relapse and minimal residual disease.
The reagent kit is designed to conduct a study for 24 clinical samples in duplicate and to present the results in qualitative format.
