TriZ reagent is designed for both total RNA isolation (TriZ RNA Reagent), as well as DNA and protein isolation (TriZ DNA Reagent). The reagent is an improved version of the well-known one-step technique for total RNA isolation, being a monophasic solution containing phenol and guanidine thiocyanate. TriZ RNA reagent provides a reliable, cost-effective and efficient technique for RNA isolation, allowing subsequent comprehensive analysis of gene expression in a variety of human, animal, plant, bacterial and viral samples. The RNA extraction procedure is completed within 1 hour. Isolation of DNA and proteins using TriZ DNA Reagent requires less than three hours.
The TriZ reagent is compatible with Blood RNA Stabilizer and Tissue RNA Stabilizer.
