TriZ reagent column Kit is designed for nucleic acid extraction by guanidine thiocyanate phenol-chloroform extraction. The reagent kit includes TriZ reagent and a set of additional reagents required for RNA isolation, including columns with a sorbent. TriZ reagent provides a reliable, economical and efficient method for RNA isolation. Of note, the RNA isolation procedure does not require phase separation, as in original method developed by Khomchinsky. Thus, the RNA isolation with TriZ takes no more than an hour.
This reagent kit is compatible with Blood RNA stabilizer and Tissue RNA stabilizer.
